Circular walk on the top front of Table Mountain

A must if you want to be able to say “you've stood at the highest point on Table Mountain, one of the 7 Natural wonders of the world and one of UNESCO’s World Heritage sites”.

We take the cable car to the summit and traverse the Table Top to its highest point at Maclears Beacon en-route your accredited guide will point out places of interest and surrounding mountain peaks, the fynbos and birdlife, and give opportunities for photographs at the most scenic places and fill you in on the history. We walk back with a circular route and go down with the cable car

This route may be extended to Echo Valley with some descents and ascents - additional time 1 hour at an extra cost of R200pp

2 – 2.5 hours walking time plus time to take photos and enjoy the views.
Attractions: 
Explore the table top summit, stand at the highest point. Enjoy incredible panoramic views (weather dependant). Look down on Robben Island and Table Bay, Cape Flats and the Atlantic seaboard. Marvel at the intricate rock formations and fynbos and with luck see a Dassie/Rock hyrax (Procavia capensis) or two and end off with refreshments at the restaurant on top of Table Mountain.
